SIM-card replacing in roaming

Replacement/reinstatement of a SIM-card is a service that allows reinstating lost, damaged or malfunctioning SIM-card maintaining previous number and balance of the account. Service charge is 2,83 TJS. You can reinstate a SIM-card by visiting one of our Service Centers. In order to use this service, you will have to present your passport, ID or driver’s license.

Replacing the SIM-card in roaming
In case of loss, theft or damage to the SIM-card in roaming in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, it is possible to replace it when you contact the Service Centers listed below. This procedure will be absolutely free for the guest subscribers who asked for help our Service Center.
