Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. All subscribers with prefixes 11, 50, 70, 77, 92, 93, and 99 are eligible to participate, except for company employees, dealers, and subscribers using special tariff plans (BulkSMS, Cloud CallCenter, SMPP, Employee-Modem, Outsource, Tourist Tariffs, Terminal, Internet 2.0, Internet, TezNet 5G). If an ID number is drawn that has not been sold or belongs to a person falling within one of the excluded categories, the commission shall declare the result invalid and continue the draw by drawing the balls again until a winner is determined.

2. ID codes can be purchased via the USSD command *707#, by calling 707, or through the My Tcell application. Users of the “Chi Gap” application can purchase an ID code by calling 707.

3. The cost of one ID code is TJS 3.50, including taxes.

4. Subscribers may purchase ID codes in bulk using the USSD command 707number of ID codes#. ID codes can be checked using 70707# or through the My Tcell application. There is no overall limit on the number of ID codes that can be purchased. A maximum of 50 ID codes can be purchased in a single transaction. One subscriber may purchase up to 1,000 ID codes per day.

5. The following restrictions apply to the purchase of ID codes: active use of the “Temporary Payment” service, a negative account balance, or a corporate quota.

6. Each subscriber may win only one intermediate prize.

7. Any tax applicable to the prize is paid by the organizer of the promotion. Therefore, the winner receives the prize amount net of the applicable tax.

8. Winners are determined using a draw drum containing balls numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0.

9. Participants’ ID codes are assigned sequentially, starting from [0000001].

10. The organizer reserves the right to cancel an ID code and refuse to award a prize if any fraud or other violation of the promotion terms and conditions is identified.

11. Payments made for the purchase of ID codes are non-refundable.
