Besides, below are the answers to possible questions on re-registration and activation of the new SIM-cards.
- How much will it cost to re-register and activate new SIM-cards from September 1, 2018?
Dear Customer! The cost of reissuing and connecting a new SIM card is under consideration by the competent authorities.
- From which date are the new prices introduced?
The introduction of new prices is planned from September 1, 2018.
- How much does it cost to re-register SIM-cards now, before September 1, 2018?
Transfer of the contract for SIM-cards is free of charge.
- If I lost the SIM card and want to restore (change the SIM-card), how much will it cost after September 1, 2018?

- If I want to give a SIM-card to a friend after September 1, 2018, how much will it cost?
Re-registration of a SIM-card is considered a new connection, and therefore the cost of re-registration is under consideration by the competent authorities.
- We received an SMS notification that now subscribers, who have more than 2 SIM-cards registered on their name have to re-arrange/transfer the third and subsequent SIM-cards officially to persons who use them.

Re-registration can be carried out in the presence of both passports of the owner and the actual user of the SIM-card, in the nearest service center or the exclusive office of Tcell.
- What about the users of the ChiGap application outside of Tajikistan?
According to the current legislation and government decree of April 30, 2016 No. 207-7, all SIM-cards must be registered on the name of the actual user, for this purpose, the operators carried out a massive process of re-registration of subscribers during the period 2016-2017.
If you have more than 3 SIM-cards registered on your name, we recommend to re-register them to the actual users of SIM-card. The real user should come to the nearest service center with his passport for re-registration.
- Will the SIM-cards be re-issued for expired passports?
Re-registration of SIM-cards is done only with a valid passport or an ID card.
