Changes to “Number Retention” and Termination

Dear subscribers, Starting from August 1, 2025, updates to the rules for the “Number Retention” service will come into effect, as well as changes to the conditions for number termination (deactivation).
“Number Retention” Service
• Cost: 0.20 somoni per day
• Availability: The service is available on all commercial tariff plans
• Activation: Automatically activates if no activity is registered within 90 days (e.g., subscription fee deduction, use of paid traffic, or an active “Number Retention” service)
Number Termination (Deactivation)
A subscriber’s number is subject to termination in the following cases:
• 180 days have passed since the last subscription fee deduction
• Or 90 days have passed since the last charge for the “Number Retention” service
• If more than 180 days have passed since the last deduction for the “Number Retention” service, the number will be terminated automatically after 30 days
• Subscribers with “Blocked” status will be terminated automatically 90 days after entering this status
