PamirInvest 2025: How Tcell Became a Digital Bridge to GBAO’s Future

From July 24 to 26, 2025, the heart of the Pamirs — the city of Khorog — hosted the PamirInvest 2025 International Investment Forum.

The event served as a powerful platform for discussing sustainable development strategies, attracting investment, and unlocking the economic potential of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO).

Tcell proudly participated as the forum’s digital partner, strengthening technological connectivity and supporting one of the country’s most significant economic events.

The forum brought together government officials, international partners, investors, diplomats, and business leaders. Among the participants were representatives of the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and entrepreneurs and investors from India, the UK, China, Kazakhstan, and beyond.

Tcell’s Role as Digital Partner.

Tcell provided the forum with reliable telecommunications solutions and digital infrastructure, enabling real-time connectivity, smooth data exchange, and efficient B2B and G2B meetings.

Our team is proud to have contributed to such a meaningful initiative — helping advance a region with tremendous, yet still emerging, investment potential.

For us, participating in forums like PamirInvest is about more than just technology. It’s our way of supporting long-term growth and helping Tajikistan’s regions move closer to a connected, sustainable, and opportunity-rich future.
