The Tcell Company is glad to inform that you can use «Call Home» Service (a possibility to make outgoing calls while on roaming at reduced rates) while being in Turkey, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. While traveling in these countries, you can call to Tajikistan from your mobile phone to the Tcell numbers only for 0,99 TJS per one minute of conversation.
In order to make use of this service, it is required to dial  992[Tcell subscriber’s number] 
Connection will be established after some waiting time. Round up to a minute is applied.
