3G – I see your smile!

 Technology advances and the third generation is a logical development of telecommunication services. "Go ahead" signal for 3G works long ago all over the world and Tajikistan is not exception! An active work is underway on introducing new standards, satisfactory to requirements of mobile connection of the third generation which in professional slang sounds as 3G.

  • What is 3G?

 

It is a new technology of radio communication and universal environment for mobile access to internet. It is different, the most modern approach or communication, running business, teaching and entertainment.  Finally, it is maximum mobile life – without slow connection, complicated equipment and fixed access to the services. But essential is that the subscribers need convenient and quality services that meet their requirements. It is our main GOAL!!!!!!!!     

The third generation is more that mobile connection. It is a standard of quality voice transmission, necessity for rendering services to more subscribers, for high-speed data transmission, and as a basis for development of variety of multimedia services. That is why the technological advantages of this standard are obvious. While waiting for your flight in the airport you can check your balance condition on computer and recharge it. Your children can play with each other their favorite video games being in different parts of the city.

3G service is available in the following careas of Tajikistan: Dushanbe, Vahdat, Tursunzade, Rudaki district, Gissar, Khujand, Chkalovsk, and Kurgan - tube, Kulyab, Varzob (“Pugus” residence).

Forusing 3G it is necessary to activate “Video call” service, which is available to the subscribers of all tariff plans.

·        “Video call” service ( for GSM 900/1800 network).

For using 3G service it is necessary to activate “Video call” service. Activation through USSD-command:

·        *500*5# call

Activation for the subscribers of post-paid tariff plans “Udachniy”, «Practical New», «Business plus», «Corporate S», «Corporate Priority», «Corporate Maxi», «Corporate USA», «Corporate Zero» is free. 

For subscribers of pre – paid tariff plans «Salom» and «Realniy»-$ 1, 20 (including VAT).

 

Requirements for activating “Video call “ service are as follows::

  • It is necessary for he subscriber to use a telephone that  keeps 3G standard.
  • Transmission and receipt of video calls are possible only in the areas of 3G coverage.
  • Video-call exchange is possible only between the subscribers of  «Tcell», «Babilon - Mobile», «Babilon-T», MLT, Beeline.
  • Trifling of this service is done in the following way: within the Tcell network as outgoing messages within the network according to the chosen tariff plan, to “Babilon-mobile”, “Babilon-T”, MLT, Beeline networks as outgoing voice calls to other mobile networks, also according to the chosen tariff plan. 
  • For using “Video-call” it is necessary to choose from the settings of the telephone the UMTS type of network then choose Video-call.

For using Video-call while dialing it is necessary to dial: if Tcell, code – 93,  Babilon-Mobile – code 918,  NGN- network “Bablon - T” direct dial *, MLT network – code 907, Beeline to NGN network of “Babilon-T” is possible if “Videophone” function is available on the subscriber’s telephone.
