Blocking and restoring SIM-card
Your phone has been stolen or you lost it and you want to block so an outsider or attacker could not take advantage of your SIM-card?
You plan not to use Tcell’s services for an extended period of time and want to save phone number and SIM-card?
Blocking and restoring SIM-card is very simple!
- Changing the status of numbers is done by sending official letter to your personal manager (in accordance with the terms of service).
- For private entrepreneur (PE) of corporate clients, subscriber may contact the nearest customer care center with his/her passport.
When restoring SIM-card reactivation of existing phone number takes place, account balance is restored and all connected services that have been connected to the subscriber's number prior locking/loss of SIM-card will be reconnected.
In case of loss or failure of SIM-card the “SIM-card replacement” service will restore the previous number and the tariff into a new SIM-card, which does not include contacts in old SIM-card.
Replacement of SIM-card for legal entities is performed if there is official certifying letter of the organization in their official blank. It is necessary to specify in the letter to unblock SIM-card, if such is required.
